Primary Cell Line Service

Primary cell isolation
Cell Types (Human Primary Cells): Immune cells: PBMCs, monocytes, T cells, B Cells; Pulmonary cells; Tumor cells.
Cell Types (Animal Primary Cells): Immune cells, spleen cells, brain cells, bronchial/tracheal cells, cardiac cells, prostate cells, pulmonary cells.
Species: Human, mouse, rat and some other animal.
Isolation Methods: Density gradient separation, magnetic isolation, mechanical isolation and enzyme digestion.

Cell Immortalization Service
Cell Types: Fibroblasts, epithelial cells, neural cells, B cells, astrocyte, and more.
Species: Human primary cells.
Cell Immortalization Methods: We work with multiple immortalization genes, such as hTERT, SV40 T antigens, EBV, HPV-16 E6/7 gene, Adenovial E1A, CDK4, P53-siRNA, and cMyc. Note: hTERT cell immortalization and SV40T immortalization has been used for most cell types.
Deliverables: Immortalized cell lines, confirmed through mRNA and protein expression analyses, as well as functional assays or other requested assays.

iPSC Generation Service
Cell Types: Fibroblasts, PBMCs, LCLs
Species: Human, mouse, rat and some other animal.
Methods: Chemical or transgene reprogramming.
Deliverables: iPSCs. Our quality control validation includes morphology checks, AP staining, ICC staining for pluripotency markers, karyotyping and additional assays upon your request.
