Example Result of High-throughput Screening Services. Small molecule compounds were dispensed into a 96-well plate using a 3-fold series dilution from a top concentration of 1 µM by Tecan. Parental cells were then added to the compound plate, followed by a 2-day incubation period, after which supernatant was collected for cytokine ELISA assay. The results were analyzed and plotted using Prism software to calculate IC50. Compound Q888 exhibited the highest potency, while compound M121 showed no activity.
